Athletes & Entertainers – Circle of Influence (AECOI) is a 501 (c) (3) organization funded by athletes, entertainers and major donors dedicated to supporting charitable causes in the communities in which they live and/or work. Because these causes do not yet have their nonprofit status, or have no intention to file with the IRS due to the nature of their mission, AECOI serves as the nonprofit umbrella enabling them to receive funding while enabling the donor to receive a deduction in return for their generosity. We provide a service of support, fund management, and event planning, and we maintain the structure of a credible nonprofit organization, meeting compliance regulations and performing duties to serve the public interest.
